Rachel Maddow interviewed Minnesota's governor, Tim Pawlenty (R), a few days ago, asking whether he would certify the election if Franken was declared the winner in the state supreme court. He couldn't backpedal nor double-talk fast enough.

Apparently the Republican candidate has said he's "considering his options", namely, taking it to the federal court system. For that to happen he'd have to put together a case showing that the election infringed on his rights.

Not that I care who really won the election, (single party government FTL) but Franken is arguably the biggest douchebag in the current political scene.
