Neat. I just hope they don't drop the ball this time. I don't think my heart can take it.

              EDIT: Goddammit! Me slow poster.

I heard about this a while back. They are re-making it so it's more like the manga.

                  This boggles the mind.

What are they going to do? At least 25 episodes of the anime are practically identical to the manga. There's no point in revisiting them because they're already there word for word.

And even if they start out at the cut-off where the manga and anime differed, how are they going to explain this to fans? HOW? WRRRRYYYYYYY

I'm seriously getting a headache over this.

                    Relax.

You didn't buy all 13 of the original DVDs. 6 of which are any good.

How do you think I feel?

Wow, why get invested in any anime if they are just going to remake it less than a decade later.

The industry's dying so hopefully we'll be spared completely!

Re: New Fullmetal Alchemist anime premiered

Hey, this new series could suck and your DVDs that you bought would still be the superior product! We don't know yet!

And Denethor, even in the first half of the first series, things got manhandled around a lot. Not to mention the production values weren't always there and the characters could've looked a little more like their manga counterparts. This version looks to be correcting that.

And a reboot is worth it even if they have to repeat the first half word for word BECAUSE the last half was so disappointing.

And remakes like this aren't unusual. Negima got remade in even a shorter period of time because the first iteration was so disappointing to people.

You lads are still watching your anime?

The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.
