This Final Fantasy does the poorest job of reconciling the modern or futuristic settings with swords and sorcery ever. All I can discern from this trailer is that the game will make absolutely no sense.

After Kingdom Hearts, Advent Children, and all the other Nomura projects, this is really bland, predictable, and not exciting. I suppose I'll have to wait and see how XIV turns out.

My point being is that each Final Fantasy takes place in its own self contained world. FFX in Spira, FF12 in Ivalice, etc.

If Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy XIII Versus are two completely different games that have nothing to do with each other, why the hell did they called them Final Fantasy XIII?

Why not Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy XIV? What the hell does VERSUS have to do with anything?? They could have just made an original title Versus and it'd sell the same because Square's name is attached to it.
