I'm perceptive and noticed your choice of words and spelling differed, while asking the same question.

This should be a poll, and no there not. Physical comedy is the lowest form of humor. And by that I mean laughing as someone falls down.

There's a poll on my screen. Don't know how you're not seeing one.

I think he's serious. I'd have to say that their up there, or rather down their, but like all comedy it depends on what the joke is. Some might say that slapstick is the lowest form of comedy but everyone loves the stooges and there is a lot of depth to their work. Then there's the stoner movie where you have something like Half-Baked vs Pineapple Express. Or Chapelle Show vs Mind of Mencia. So in conclusion you can have a brilliant joke topic and you can have a dumpster joke topic, it all depends one the effort and creativity of the topic creator.

Also the clearly the lowest form of humor is movies about college.

When I said physical I was talking about slapstick, thanks IRC.
Good comedy appeals to your audience, so in my opinion, there is no black or white, the only thing that matters is how the joke is received.

Ahhh....the IRC we know and love indeed HAS returned. Self-fellating, followed immediately by a burn.

That was not meant as an insult, actually.

And yes, IRC, amidst the jokey trappings of this thread, I actually WAS being a bit serious, and the way the three votes have gone, apparently we are in agreement that if done well, parody topics don't need to be objects of Mora's scorn.

I live by the rule of if it cause Mora's scorn then it's a good thing. And I wrote the serious thing before you added the poll. Now it's a parody topic because someone figured you could score a laugh after someone brought it up. I am awesome.

(see that time I did the burn first and the self-fellation second. I just mixed it up on you)

I'm gonna quote your post before the edit and say, "What?"

I posted the topic, it sent me to make the poll, I made the poll, I did the final posting, and it was done. On my browser, there was never a time where there WASN'T a poll.
