    This is how much Kotaku sucks.

    They have no idea how to spell "Arkham"

    they spell it "arkum"

    over and over and over.

    I think anyone even remotely familiar with batman would be able to spell that.

    I mean, seriously. what the hell.

    time and time again they prove they really dont know anything at all about games (labeling someone dressed up as the RE4 merchant as an "assassin's creed merchant" is a nice recent example), and now they're proving they don't know **** about comics either.

    basic facts and general knowledge screwups are routinely corrected in their comments section, and then not corrected for days afterwards.

    why do people go there?

        What he said. Although I don't bother with any news site unless it's linked here. I can kinda see mistaking one random npc character from Game A with another random npc character from Game B, but the Arkham thing is bad. Granted I don't think I could tell you have to spell it off the top of my head but I would be able to tell that Arkum isn't how you do it.

        Just one more reason why video game journalism is an oxymoron.

              I like Kotaku. They update often on gaming news that interests me. Plus they can get kind of silly. I don't take them that seriously though.

                I just dont know why anyone would want to get their news from people who don't know what a single word of what they're reporting means.

                everything they post is typically just reposted from other game sites, often uncredited.

                  I'm imagining a bunch of fat, sweaty guys in a warehouse full of computers continuously hitting F5 on IGN and gamespot until something good pops up then they rewrite it.

                      The comments section of Kotaku are the absolute worst. Trolls trolling trolls with flamebaits, blatant fanboyism, and ":V".

                      Not to mention that given the nature of Kotaku, if you miss your chance to jump in a conversation within the first few hours then nobody will read your contribution. And check out this newsworthy piece from yesterday:

                            As for the spelling mistake, honestly I didn't know how to spell it until recently. And I've been following Batman for as long as I can remember. But honestly, spelling the name of a game wrong on a news site talking about that particular game. God, at least google the name and you should know.
