Well, not 100% homemade. I opened a can of diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained a bit of the juice, added onion salt, garlic powder, crushed red peppers, some habaņero and jalapeņo hot sauce (Patti LaBelle brand...heh), a few squirts of lime juice (from one of those plastic RealLemon things, but lime instead of lemon), and a whole jalapeņo I cut up.
Then I put some Tostidos Hint of Lime tortilla chips on a plate, put some shredded Mexican cheese and sliced jalapeņos from a jar on top, and put the plate in the oven for about 5 minutes.
It was a taste sensation, let me tell you! Only took about 10 minutes, tops to make everything. Try it yourself at home, kiddies!
Only thing missing was some cilantro and possibly fresh diced onion. Didn't have either on hand, unfortunately.
