Re: I think this is fake!
Sure, the images LOOK okay. However, if a chinese team had to take a ps1 game and chop parts of it out and rip-off the images and music to make it fit into an NES cartridge, I highly doubt a japanese team can take a ps2 game, cut nothing out, and redo the images/music in 8-bit form.

Re: I think this is fake!
I've heard of this rule before.A 16 x 16 area sprite cannot be more than three colours, for instance.
Megaman's 1up sprite has four colors. and is 16 x 16 pixels.
heard of a another one where slightly larger sprites can only have four colors.
Megaman's sprite is five colors.
Plant Man (in MM6) has six colors in his sprite, I think.Last edited by Valkysas; 03-11-2009, 01:29 PM.

Let'see... yes, only one sprite palette for a 16x16 block is correct. But let's look at a Capcom sprite for a moment:Originally posted by GloomHow am I wrong?
It says on like every system spec thing about the NES a single 16 x 16 sprite can only contain 3 colours.
Maybe black and white don't count?
Bamboo 7 is 16 x 32! That means 2 sprites, each with a slightly different palette.
