    No teens allowed?

Why is it that there are child and adult character models in RPGM3, but no teens? This isn't a rant, just something I noticed. I guesss enterbrain really hated the "spikey-haired teenage idiot for a hero" stereotype and evaded teen models. Or am I mistaken?

Well I believe the anime version of the adventurer portrait fits the spikey-haired, agnsty teen description fairly well. But I suppose that doesnt count.

Not that I care, or should even open my mouth about it... But is the workshop really the place for all these rpgm3 discussions? I thought it was more of a Q&A forum. RPGM General seems to me like a more fitting place for general discussion of rpg maker software.

This just strikes me as useless clutter. But whatever.

Lots of models look like teens, or at least feasibly could, including a lot of the shopkeeper/holy-styled ones. In particular, most of the Young Man and Young Woman models make for believable teens, particularly if you're using the Drawn 4 style.

Take for example Young Woman 1, Drawn 4 style (I hope I have this right: it's the cute one with grayish-purplish hair and ribbons and a slightly coy look). I don't see how she could be construed as anything BUT a teen. My guess would be like, 16 years old.

It's kind of a blurry line when it comes to general chat about a specific Maker (and just as blurry when it comes to advertising your game). The trend is usually to put it into the General forum, but that's not always the way it's done.

Me too, but it's his right to make it unless it gets extreme.

Very true. I'm sure when I first started posting here I did the same thing, advertising my game in the wrong places, etc.

Sorry if it came off sounding a little rude D13.

But, on topic; I do agree with both. While there are character models that are passable as teens (I feel the male adventurer could easily pass as one) I don't think any of them are very well represented as being just that. Most look like they are in their early 20's. Its all up to how the individual sees them I suppose.

Er, I was talking about the 3d models
