I imagine that imagination is more important than knowledge.

    But I don't know.

How does it feel to all be figments of my mind? That's rhetorical.

what real fact is is moot. its the collective consensuses of what fact is that maters to humanity. we define the world to ourselves and our own personal realities.

to say we know nothing is a self defeating statement because we can never know to the contrary. its so defeating that we are not even qualified to say the statement for it would imply knowledge of the very facts the statement is implying we dont know!

humans must believe subconsciously that their core facts are tangible in order to be able to rationalize and anylize the reality around them. loose that anchor and youd simply fail to function. for all purposes, what we belive the facts are is what makes them real - everything else just serves to redefine what we believe.
