Any good anime recommendations?

I'm looking for some new anime to watch. I really like the Inuyasha series and Samurai 7. Any recommendations? Nothing with too much sex or gore please. I need to sleep at night.

If you like Samurai Seven, I suggest you watch the original classic movie it's based after.

Also like in the last bajillion threads. Go watch Gun Buster, Die Buster, Gurren Lagann, Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop, FLCL, everything Miyazaki, and some other stuff.
