I just started a filmmaker's page on MySpace, but I couldn't upload a video. When I saw why, it turns out that it didn't because some of the music I used was copyrighted (although it came with the software).
This got me thinking...I plan on using already-copyrighted music for some movies/animations of mine. Since all of the films will be based on original series of mine (and therefore official).....can I get sued?!?!
Oh god, oh god, what if it's like that thing with JK Rowling and her fan and I end up in court but with Katy Rose or something and I break down on the stand crying like that fan did and I get broke because I'm only living off bagels and water right now and (trails off into Excel Saga-like rant).
