blink-182 announced that they're working on a new album and are touring the states this summer. say what you want about them, but they'll always have a special place in my heart. so I'm pretty pumped about this. my best friend and I are lurking TicketMaster, waiting for the very second tickets go on sale.

but yeah, I'm stoked. anything's better than a new Angels & Airwaves.

Why is it that everytime someone makes a topic about a band they like, at least a couple of people jump on the bandwagon and say, "That band sucks."? It's ridiculous. Is it really so hard to accept that maybe other people outside of your own little world there are other people that have different musical tastes? It's stupid and immature to act like that.

exactly. it's nothing I'd like if I was just hearing it for the first time now, but I have so many memories associated with their music, it's hard for me to act all jerky and elitist towards them. I'm sure you all have bands you grew up listening to that that statement applies to. so don't hate.
