Edit: Also, how do I get a thread in my forum stickied (for future reference)? Do I have to get a mod to come sticky it?

Just fyi, it's usually not necessary. With the exception of The Bush Forum, usually people won't create a topic in your Game Forum, so it's pretty easy to manage the organization of them yourself.
