I'm sorry but this list is absurd. You can't call someone overrated because they're not the greatest. That's not fair. Several times in that column his rationale is "This guy is not as good as Nas or Big L so he must be overrated".

There is a reason someone is considered "the best". That doesn't mean that everyone that fails to live up to being "the best" is "overrated". Most of those rappers aren't even very popular.
