    Hey, remember when I was trying to eat healthier?

    No? Well, I fell off that train a while ago and my doctor just told me to lose weight and exercise.

          You'll get back on your feet. We're all human, and we all have flaws. I've falling off as well, but I've been making a steady effort to frequent the gym every other day.

                Well the good news is that starting small can go a long way.

                Like, stop eating doritos. And drink water instead of soda.

                    I hate DDR. God, I don't think I've exercised before... this is going to be tough. Guess I'll try some push ups and try to find my old weights. The worst will be trying to control my hunger. I'm always hungry.

                            Weight training isn't going to help much. You need cardiovascular exercise. Something to increase your heart rate.

                              I really could write a book on this, but I'll simplify it real quick:

                              1. Don't eat garbage.

                              2. Run fifteen miles a week. Don't walk, run. A walk around the block does nothing for you, I'm sorry.

                              Weight training isn't going to help much. You need cardiovascular exercise. Something to increase your heart rate.
                              Also, I 100% disagree with this. Weight training does increase your heart rate, if it doesn't you're not doing it right. I believe that--minute for minute--weight training is actually much more beneficial, but running is easier, there's no risk of injury, nothing to learn, etc.
