Then he has to play his whole Barry Manilow collection on his Iphone while testing out the Ipod docks and asking you questions about them. Then he asks you if he can use your cell phone so he can call his wife so she can hear what they sound like. *bangs head against walls*

P.S.: I refuse to call them "guests" outside of my scheduled hours. Yeah, I'm a rebel, and this is Funky's time!

You know it's gonna be a long day at work when you get to work, and within the first half hour, the other guy working with you leaves, and you ask him when the next guy is coming in, and he tells you you're closing by yourself tonight...from 2:45 to 9 PM, there's nobody else in the department. And my department is not just grab and go...with TVs and home theatres and such, it's sometimes time-intensive.

Long story short, my manager spent a good portion of the night in my department, helping me out, and I ended up going home an hour and a half later than I was scheduled.

On the bright side, though, I had more sales on a stupid Tuesday than I've ever had this entire year (not counting Black Friday), and easily cleared $250, including hourly.

And then the Jailbat Trio from Hell comes and threatens to sue you for not noticing how not hot it is to have to go jail for doing anything remotely related to sex with a teenager under 16.

And then they come ride again to taunt you, maybe you'd be more interested in dating them the second time around.

Speaking of which, I just finished watching American Beauty for the first time in probably six years. I'd seen it five times at the theatre when it first came out, which is two more than Back to the Future on its initial release.
