Today I borrowed issue 188 of Game Informer, and on Page 94 (the Photophile section), I saw an article of a PS2 version of Kingdom hearts: Chain of Memories. Apparently, it came out over in Japan in 2004, and the delay was due to "wrangling up vioce talent like Haley Hoel Osmet (Sora) and David Gallingher (Riku) for the new cutscenes". The game came out on the 2nd of December for only $30. I for one never played the origional, and I'm wondering: should I get the GBA or PS2 version, or neither at all?

Re: Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories for PS2
My girlfriend bought this the other day and I would say it is worth it. She has both the GBA and PS2 versions and she says this one is a lot better. Voices and music is the same quality of the original, as well as graphics. You go through the same events as the GBA one, just in 3D graphics. I also hear there are some secret things like bosses and weapons and such.
Id say its worth a buy if you are a Kingdom Hearts fan.

What I love about the CoM games is that the card game is SO simple that it doesn't even feel like a card game... you have to run Sora around yourself, use cards in real time, and can customize your deck as intricately or as broadly as you choose. Really, the cards are just a formality.

This is sadly true. Personally, I like the Kingdom Hearts games. *points to avatar and sig* I can`t wait until KH comes out on the DS and PSP, and I'm hoping some info will eventually be released about KH3.Originally posted by Toaster 218 View PostThe Pavilion is not the place for talking about Kingdom Hearts. But to answer your question, nerd god, pick it up. I'd play the original first before playing KHR:CoM because it picks up right where the first one left off.Twothorp was in immense pain. The blisters did not care.
