I've only seen commercials for this movie for the past few days, so I'm confused. What exactly is it about? Why does it have a stupid name? Will there be a sequel titled "Cookies"?

I like James Franco, I like Emile Hirsch and I like that Sean Penn doesn't look like an overbearing dickwad for once.
And the trailer is all sorts of great.
