I didn't have to be at Wal-Mart until 10 this morning. All the ferver had died out by then. The rest of the day was just a bunch of people milling about picking over the leftovers like pigeons. I heard there were fights at the beginning though.

We had two fist fights 2 years ago at my store over power tools during our "Wrap up the savings" event.

When I found out we were selling kitchen knives this year, I voiced my concern.

All I know is, I cleared over $25,000 in sales, with over $2000 in protection agreements, which amounts to making probably about $500 including hourly. Basically, next month's rent and bills will have been paid for in a single day's worth of work.
