I bought season 5 (or is it 6? I forget...whichever season came after the slow boat to China) of 24 on DVD the day it came out. I've yet to open it. I only watched the 2 night, 4 hour premiere of the last season, and fell WAY behind, so I decided to wait until DVD. Then I began watching Lost, and pretty much lost (no pun intended) all interest in 24.

I liked that Benton guy that Jack was hanging around with. He wasn't annoying OR an idiot. Up until... you know.

I really only liked the ending. 24 is good with endings, sometimes. Giving Jack a moment to reflect on the ****tiness of his situation is sobering to see. And some of the ass kicking was good, too.

I'm just so sick of Africa in popular fiction.

Man, that teaser for the new season, though, THAT was exciting! I mean, it's gonna suck, I'm sure, but the teaser! TONY!

But yeah, man. Redemption... pretty dumb. Nice to see Jack again and the ending was definitely the highlight. I just wanna take these writers in a room and smack 'em around.

I'm just gonna be glad to have three shows (Lost, 24, Big Bang Theory) I'm excited about watching each week come January. I'm still watching Heroes, but I'm not into it. I just watch to see what happens from week to week.
