First off, I want to give my undying gratitude to BZ the Pimp and Staffmaster for their respective designs for my previous music project. I want to begin another project, which I have tentatively titled "Penrage," and I humbly request for the visual geniuses here at the Pavilion for aid. Thank you for your time.

Re: In Dire Need of Album Design.
Very good point. The main problem is, I haven't yet begun production on the album. That doesn't mean I haven't been making songs. I had a period called "Post-BNA" where I was simply either recording solo tracks or collaborating with other artists.Originally posted by Smurtle View PostI'd like to help out. Might be useful to listen to the album, have an idea of a mood and/or theme, and know your influences and inspirations.
EDIT:
Concept of the album: I have said in a few songs that I have an ink pen known as Excalibur. As you know, the Excalibur has been hailed as the most powerful sword ever conceived (it is even mentioned in numerous RPGs). I call my ink pen this because it weilds the ability to produce some of the most awe-struck lyricism known to man. Every time I produce a song, I'm trying more and more to get out of my comfort zone, and take the music into a new level, so much, that as I write, I partake a "demonic form."Last edited by Bon; 11-12-2008, 06:25 PM.

Re: In Dire Need of Album Design.
I completely understand. Unfortunately, money is kinda tight where I am, so if I was able to pay the album designer, it would be very mininal.Originally posted by d2king10 View PostI wouldn't mind making you one that is ready for print for some money
I'm a broke artist here, give me a break!

Re: In Dire Need of Album Design.
If you looking for inspiration from other lyricist, my favorites are Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, GZA (I'm sure you've listened to Liquid Swords), Daniel Johnston, Captain Beefheart (the craziest lyricist ever!), and Frank Zappa.
Also if you would a reviewer for your tracks, or the album as a whole, let me know. I would be honored.
As for the album cover, sorry mate I'm a pretty crappy artist.

Re: In Dire Need of Album Design.
It would be an honor. Still, I've actually yet to begin the album, so I know a few of you are thinking that asking for an album design so early is premature. For that, I do apologize, but I guess I have this weird way of thinking.Originally posted by madcopper View PostIf you looking for inspiration from other lyricist, my favorites are Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, GZA (I'm sure you've listened to Liquid Swords), Daniel Johnston, Captain Beefheart (the craziest lyricist ever!), and Frank Zappa.
