my name is vagrant. i am new here. i have known about the "pav" for many years. the reason i refer to the pav as the "pav" is because i am friends with a member on the board who is very involved with the community. i don't play rpgmaker or make games for it, but from what i have heard from this "person" that i know has made me become interested in the people that collect here. there are a few people who i have heard about on many occasions and i hope that over time i may become even 1/8th as accepted as my "friend" that resides on this forum by the people that "he" has spoken about and those that respect and like "him".

um, its late and not sure what to say. i just wanted to make people know i was new.

please don't ask me to say who this person is, i won't. if they would like to they are more than welcome to.

Does your top secret mystery "friend" know that you're basically here for the purpose of meddling?

Well who here lives in Michigan, USA? There's your first clue.
This guy also speaks Spanish, so his "friend" may be part of the Spanish speaking community in Michigan...
AND, that looks like a Transformer in his avatar so his "friend" probably also likes Transformers.

Seriously, just jump in and have fun (and act intelligent and keep thick skin) and you'll have a great time in the community. It's definitely one of the most interesting, witty groups of people you'll ever "meet."

Your "friend" is Misty, isn't it? Oh, wait....if that were the case, your post would be littered with "she" and "her" in quotation marks.

Anyway, welcome, wandering person without a home.

EDIT: If this guy turns out to be Valk's friend, does American Hero get to replace JPS as the Pav Detective?

maybe i took spanish and was under the wrongful idea that the pavilion was infact a natively spanish speaking community?

also, i do enjoy transformers very much. my sig however is in fact an actual replica of a warhammer 40k space wolves terminator.

im confused... people lossing jobs, people being friends, american gladiators... i just wanted to make friends.

Oh don't be intimidated, hon. When I first came here, they wanted to eat me. (They even called me "fresh meat"....Well okay, one dude did.)

Ha, but it was all a joke, of course! Welcome to the pavilion! I'm 162 (pronounced "one sixty-two.") I'm the pavilion's resident hippie...At least, the only one I know of.

Vagrant and Valkysas both start with the same letter, and with this I rest my case.

Of course! I love women with cookies! ESPECIALLY WOMAN WHO ARE STRANGERS WITH COOKIES.

As for the whole no shift key thing tis becaue I was using my htc touch pocket pc to post and it is a huge pain to have to hold down the shift key when using an all touch screen phone. Luckily I jusy got my tmobile g1 today and it has AUTO shift, rejoice pavilionites taking issue with my lack of shifting.

Could be worse... l33t speak ne1? Lulz

I got a G1 the day it came out (debating between brown and black....the black one looked slicker, but I figured EVERYONE would get the black one, so I got the brown one), and am quite happy with it so far. Few quibbles, though.

I just noticed a dead pixel two days ago.
Battery life sucks. I mean, really, really sucks.
Major beef...no miniplug input, and the mini USB is proprietary, so now I'm forced to buy a proprietary mini USB to miniplug adapter if I want to listen to music on a real pair of headphones or output to my receiver or ipod dock/clock radio (I HATE earbud headphones...they always fall out; and I'd like to be able to listen to Last FM and that imeem thing through a real pair of speakers at some point).

Other than that, touch screen with flip out QWERTY, modified Linux OS, with plenty of possibilities for homebrew stuff, WiFi, 3G speed....what's NOT to like?
