Starting right now, you can register and use "costume accounts" at the pavilion. just log out, and hit the register link.
feel free to make them as elaborate as you want. avatars, sigs, profiles, titles. use all of it as you see fit.
You are not limited to one costume account, but please, put some effort into each one. lets not waste resources on stupid things you'll abandon after one post.
You are allowed to impersonate other members. but with this I'd like to remind everyone that stuff that has been posted in the playground stays in there. reference any private information posted in the playground, and you will find your real account permanently banned from the playground.

ONLY POST IN THE GENERAL DISCUSSION FORUMS WITH COSTUME ACCOUNTS. if I catch you outside of the general discussion forums, you may be banned for the rest of the party.
You do not have to reveal who you are, and admins (who can do IP checks) are not allowed to reveal your identity.
During registration, there is a field that asks if you are making a halloween costume account. check it if you are.
there will be a special event halloween night involving the costume accounts.
