Being a member of the Navy, I know the history of Navy Nuclear. Its really safe and so is Nuclear Power. This is one of the few points that I agree with McCain on. Not much else but I am a fan of Nuclear Power (especially since I want to go into that industry after college )

He was taking a shot at Obama for dragging his feet on nuclear power (using safety precautions as an "excuse").

And you know what? He's right. Nuclear power is one of the better (if not the best) solutions for solving our energy crisis.

It's just too bad his idiotic running mate (as well as his idiotic predecessor) can't even pronounce "nuclear."

What about it? Safety research isn't going to come up with some magic way to make Plutonium's half-life get shorter.

We'll stick the **** in storage bunkers in the Rocky Mts where it is safe from earth quakes. If its good enough for NORAD its good enough for nuclear waste.
