    WiiMusic?? Blah

This looks pretty cool. Like a revamp of mario paint. Depending on how it's used will decide wether or not I buy it.

Basically you flail around to Nintendo tunes and public domain songs like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

Wait, I thought you made the music. Like in mario paint and got to flail around to it later.

        Re: WiiMusic

There's a Jam mode where you can flail around with an instrument of your choice without backing music and save it to send to others. Is that what you meant?

I thought it would be like Mario Paint, as in the song creating phase and then get to play it after.

No, you just come up with a song you want to play and pray your flailing comes close to it.

              Re: WiiMusic

              I HAVE LOST ALL INTEREST.

What is the point of this then? There is no actual gameplay.

Edit: Well worthwhile gameplay with a point.

The point of WiiMusic isn't about precision gameplay, it's about anyone being able to play and having a fun time with it. This game isn't ment for the hard-core gamer, and it shouldn't be treated as such.

I saw your original post anyways.>_> (Gloom)

Nintendo really should make some sort of Mario Paint remake. Which is what I thought this was. I think a lot of people here would agree a Mario Paint remake Wiiware or full game would be worth the money, and the time.

They made some creation tools in Japan for the 64DD.

I'm disapointed in Nintendo now. I heard this game really bombed at the E3. Seeing gameplay videos too... I have to say Nintendo messed up on this one. The fact this game is coming on the system that supports and will be supporting some of my favourite games really worries me about their fates. Either way most of my favourites games are from Capcom. But Resident Evil 4: Biohazard even has quite a bit "waggling" in it. I just don't think that Capcom could let the system ruin some of these games.

Now because I know this might trigger a response from Valkysas. This WiiMusic crap is obviously intended from 8 and below, and seeing it's one of the two big new Nintendo projects, it really doesn't compliment the console, and that's all I'm trying to say.

You could always buy the GC RE4 if the addition of Wiimote controls bothers you that much.

I think Mr. Miyamoto says it best in the above interview.

This game is Nintendo's last game aimed at non-gamers, and now I think they might start focusing more on hard-core gamers now.

I bought it before the Wii Version. Then I sold my Gamecube once I got a Wii for christmas. After beating the GameCube version 3 times, I moved to the Wii Version with hopes of something a little bit better ( from reviews ). But was overall disapointed.
