    I can't add more buildings

Me and my friends are making a RPG based on our college so it requires a lot of buildings. For some reason when I go to object placement and add more buildings they don't appear. The yellow line is there showing where it is but you can't see anything and the characters walk through where it should be. If i delete the other buildings then reload it the building appears. I don't think it's a memory issue since the it's only the third building I'm adding and it's a very sparse map so far. I know I could break up the map into chunks but I don't want to have to go to a new map every few steps. I don't know if it makes a difference but I'm putting the buildings on a map, not a dungeon.

I'm sure it's a noob question and there's a simple one step solution but, well, I'm a noob.

    Thanks.

There is a limit to how many blocks can be placed on any given map. It's the same as the block limit of the building editor. Try scaling down buildings and make sure to delete any blocks the player can't see. Another solution would be to use object models at about 3-400% size and make a trench on the map under them.
24 is the highest number there is.

I've already hollowed out all of the buildings to make them as cost effective as possible. I guess I'll just have to cut up the map into parts then just warp from place to place. For how much you can do with this game you'd think it would have a slightly better block limit.

Block textures take up a lot of processing power. The block limit is in place to prevent you from over taxing the game engine. Look at professional RPG games. There is a limit of the size of areas in them as well. You really need to keep things moving smoothly in order to make the game playable. Things like block limits are necessary for playability. The creators of RPG Maker 2 tried to pack as much into this game as they could, so any limits are there because they are required, not because the programmers were trying to limit your creativity.
