What about cut sences

can you make cut sence lor like some on carrying someone eles or a sword fight an ending things like that and can there be kids and babys I would need that for my story but im getting the new one rpg 3 so maybe they will have somthing like that

Kids and babys are on RPGM2, and I doubt if RPGM3 would have a baby, but ya never know.
As for you question in general, yes, you can make almost anything you want to be in your cut scene.
