    Ouchie

So I may or may not have an ovarian cyst on my left side.

For the last couple of weeks I've been getting this agonizing pain on my left side, in my lower abdominal section that was radiating around to my lower back. I figured it was my kidney and that I might have had a kidney stone.

So two weeks ago, I went to the hospital and they basically sent me home after giving me some drugs.

When I woke up today I had the same pain. I went to work and tried to tough it out. Ended up getting my mom to take me to the hospital by where I work and after an exam or two they decided that I most like have the ovarian cyst. The doctor said he couldn't feel anything there when he was checking but that it might have already ruptured. He gave me some meds to take home. Very nice pain killers actually.

I am scheduled for an ultrasound tommorw morning and that will determin wether or not there is one there. If there is then I will have surgery to remove it and they will see if it is cancerous.

I am freaking out slightly. I'm at my moms for the night because she lives close to the hospital.

I'm pretty bored so if anyone wants to jump on AIM or MSN and chat please do!

I also have an interview at work tommorw for a promotion so I'm hoping I can at least make it to that.

My ex had one of these a few months before I started dating her. Had the surgery, got it removed, and everything turned out A-ok.

I had kidney stones once. All they gave me for the pain was toradol, which is about as good as aspirin. My back still hurts from time to time.

This came out of my pee hole:

I drink so much water now, I'm paranoid I'll get them again. I only had them once but it was two at the same time, the left one broke up quickly and I passed it without seeing it, but the right one took forever to come out. The stone in the picture is the right one.

My goal in this is just to make sure I don't have ovarian cancer and that I will be able to have another baby if I want to in the future.
