just what kind of game are you looking to play? RPGM or RPGM2?
For one, you need a dex drive, which are rare now. For 2, you need a X-Port, a Shark Port, a Max Drive, or a Max Evo, any one of them will work.
Download games from this site's front page, *if needed, download the save converter*, follow the instructions of whatever one of those save transfer devices, and play.

Also, to add to what DoyleMan says, if, in the future, you ever write an email to tech support, please please please provide more detailed, specific information about what you are trying to do, or tech support will not be very happy with your email and may not correctly answer your question.
