I know it's still a ways off, but now that Netflix is coming to the 360, and I know at least SOME of us have a Netflix account (if not, there's one for only $5 with I think 2 rentals a month or something), so I'm wondering if there'd be any interest in something like this. I know I've suggested it before, and it went over like a lead balloon, but that was before the 360-Netflix functionality.
Plus, as far as I'm aware, it's going to be possible to get a group of people to watch the same movie simultaneously. I'm not sure how this would work with differing internet speeds and buffering and whatnot, but if it does work, we could always have some sort of MST-esque thing for bad movies chosen exactly for that purpose.
Or have a roundtable group chat after the movie is over. Maybe record it for a "Pavcast" or something. I dunno. Just throwing ideas out there, because with the Netflix-360 integration, this kind of thing sounds very plausible.
