Pictures I took at our local Zoo

About a month ago, my family and I went to our local Zoo. I haven't been there in a looooong time, so it was pretty cool seeing all the animals. I actually managed to take some pictures using my mom's camera, which was pretty cool. This is only my third time actually using a camera, so the pictures my not be all that great. Still, I'd like to hear what you think of them, and maybe even offer some pointer. Anyhow here they are, enjoy!

This one is kinda dark. When the flash was on it would create a big glare against the glass, so this is the picture taken without the flash.

I really like this one. It actually looks like he is smiling. What's funny is that he threw that stick at some people up over a railing.

This baby Tiger was just born, and I think when I took this picture is wasn't more than a month old.

The elephent was just born, and was only a few weeks old. This picture was really hard to take because not only were there a lot of people getting in the way, but the flash of the camera would create a hugh glare against the glass. Turn the flash off, and you can't see anything. This is the best I could get it.

That's about it. It was pretty fun going to the Zoo, although we did get rained out later in the day, and kept us from see the rest of the animals. Still, I had fun, and I hope to go back there again.

Twothorp was in immense pain. The blisters did not care.

Why isn't this in the "The Official Pavilion Photo Topic™ - Only pictures of yourself, or pictures you took" thread?

Well, it is kind of a topic about my trip to our Zoo, and the pictures I took while I was there. If it needs to be moved, then that's fine.

You've got quite the photographic eye.
