I would say re-make Tecmo soccer. But they kind of already did that with Blitzball.

But if they did make a football game after every touchdown they could have the snap shots like in the old game. That was the best.

Just look up the Japanese title for that game, Captain Tsubasa. I actually imported the newest one for PS2 and it was AWESOME.
