Not only that, but it is going to use Wii MotionPlus. This game just might be what everyone hoped the orignal was going to be. This game better be good, or else the Red Steel franchise will lose all change at redemption.

I'm actually somewhat excited about this game. Dispite its crappiness, I liked the orignal Red Steel. I had a blast going through levels doing nothing but head-shots. Say what you will about it, just remember it only had a year and a half of development.

They've talked about Red Steel 2 ever since 1 was released.

Yeah, they have been talking about it, but it hasn't been confirmed until now.

Hopefully this game will stay in development long enough to be a decent game, unlike last time.

The only thing that makes this a little exciting is that it is using MotionPlus.

Just to show people that they can screw up somthing to make the controller easier to use.

Wasn't the first one developed in like 8 months? Ubisoft has some talented developers, this could turn out okay.

I pretty sure I've read somewhere that it was developed in a year and a half. That's a pretty impressive time-frame. Not only did they have to build this game from the ground up for a new system, but they also had to program for a totally new controller.
