Over a hundred Fallout 3 screenshots were "leaked" onto the internet with a couple dozen collected by Kotaku.
The biggest confirmation that pretty much every doubter questioned has been answered: the dialog isn't topic based. The character faces aren't that bad looking but what I'm really impressed with are what appear to be ghouls and the computers/information kiosks that give you greater detail about the game world.
You can also get a bit of information on the games choices specifically with what appears to be arming a nuke (and then negotiating to free the villagers beforehand). Fallout's trademark sarcasm seems intact as well and I especially love that screen with what appears to be you bad mouthing the mayor ("I want that hat. What do you think about that?").
You really can't draw conclusions based on the first 30 minutes of the game and a hundred screens but the fact that there's actual personalized chatting is a major plus.

This is my favorite shot right here.
Anyways, I'm pumped more than ever. I don't care much for the battle system but I'll pretend I'm playing STALKER and get over it.
This link contains a bunch of screenshots including the character creation and several bits of dialog during the beginning of the game.
