The ears are out of proportion to the face. Other than that, it's a fine looking horse.

Seems like it is mostly just a common brush that you can find on DeviantArt, with some streaks in the background.

Never been to Deviant Art. The big thing in the middle was a picture I found on the internet and the brushes I used were from some PS site.

I think the color choice was a little odd for having all of those sharp lines. I prefer to have darker, bolder colors when using harsher lines. The teal feels like water which would be more flowy. But really, I don't know much about art, so feel free to ignore this.
