Alright, I downloaded a software update for my MP3 player, but I can't get it to install onto my MP3 player. I think I might be doing something wrong with the files, but I'm not sure. I extracted the downloaded file using 7-Zip, and there are now a bunch of different files. There is one setup file that installes a software program to update the MP3 player, but when I go to use it, it doesn't reconize my MP3 player when I connect it.
