I had the same problem with Super Paper Mario, then decided to just beat it and get it over with.

While MGS3 probably had the best writing and direction of all the games in the series, the actual gameplay was so plodding that it bears the special distinction of being the only MGS game that I've fully played through just once.

FF12...i just didn't like the battle system. I wanted to keep going cuz of the story, but i was too bored...

You too??? Thank god. I thought I was the only one. I can barely get into the start of the game before the whole stamina and everything just bores me to death.
