Tell me if I'm crazy, because I'm thinking on buying this. I'm thinking that it might actually help me.


I'm not expecting a cure-all or anything, but hell. It's be interesting to see what would come out of me. And it's not a bad idea to detoxify myself.

You're not crazy, just gullible. What makes you think your colon needs to be cleansed? With a proper diet, your body should take of that stuff on its own.

Because I have a terrible diet and smoke and drink and have constant fatigue.

I can quit the smoking and drinking. But my diet is another issue alltogether.

If there is any improvement in your health, hooray, but you can't possibly expect the benefits to last.

You should check out this episode of Penn & Teller: bull**** they did on body toxins, I'd post a link to it but, yeah, free forum. They pretty much explain how everything you're talking about is BS, even the worms thing.
...
I mean, if you really wanted to be sure you don't have any parasites you could go out and eat some Tansy Ragwort or something, which is one way the got rid of parasites in olden times. But I wouldn't recommend it.

You could do the oldschool military trick and eat a certain amount of cigarettes at certain time intervals to give yourself enough nicotine poisoning to kill anything living off you, but not enough to kill you yourself. Apparently you will be very ill for a day or two, but if you've got something, your going to be pooping out big long spaghetti clumps of whatever it was, and anything else that was in your system.

Please dont take this advice and go eat 5 packs of cigarettes or some ****. Youll kill yourself.
