Road runner bandwith?

is it true if you download more then 2gb of stuff within the month...your internet speeds slows down...?

Sivart mention something about to me about why he doesnt have it..and it scares me.

I know one cable internet provider is testing a 2GB monthly transfer limit in some markets, which I told Sivart, and even showed him a page about it.

Hopefully it's not time warner, i just got way higher speed (5X what it use to be) and now they might limit me....bastards.
