It always amazes me when I see people with the paitence and talent to make something like this with one of those in-game "level-editors" or "music engines".

I don't think the mario paint videos count, since they aren't using mario paint. they're using mario paint composer, a copycat program with two big differences: it doesnt limit you to three sounds per line any more, and songs can be as long as the user wants.
