Sounds like a load of BS.

I worked at a sub shop for a while, and we didn't make the bread, it was delivered to us daily. I guess Funk would know if that's how it is for the subway chains.

If a knife really was baked into the bread, someone would notice when they picked it up or cut it. I seriously doubt a loser sub shop employee would be willing to sacrifice their job and their future for something random like this.

Every time Ive EVER eaten at Subway they cut the footlongs in half. He says the knifes blade alone is 7inches? How do you not ****ing notice that when you cut it in half?

Well, the coffee was hot... Beside, there is no possible way in hell that knife was baked into it and even if it was they would have immediately found the knife when they cut the sammich. Though, the others have already brought up these good points. No judge would award him this money.

Coffees supposed to be served hot. The judge that awarded that woman the money was a moron. I wouldnt be surprised if this guy won his case.
