    Sony better put out tomorrow!

Okay, i'm not saying that the 360 is ever going to be my favorite console, but if Sony doesnt start showing me some stuff that makes me excited to own a PS3, then I might just have to stop waiting for stuff that comes out on the 360 first, and make the 360 my primary console.

I mean, i know MS is paying for this stuff, which apparently Sony doesnt want to do this gen so far (not that they cant, even if they have lost alot of money on the PS3), but DAMN, Sony is just letting stuff slip through their fingers left and right, and its starting to **** me off, mostly because i'm a Sony fan, and i love the stuff coming to my RELIABLE preferred console.

All i know, is that Sony better pull some rabbits out of their hat, or my money will start to shift elsewhere.

I actually came away from microsoft's press conference disliking the 360 more.

they took the new dashboard visuals from Apple. they took the channel function from nintendo. they took the avatars from nintendo (the facial designs like the eyes and mouths are the exact same style of stuff from the Mii channel). they took stuff from Sony's Home too.

and they dared to call it innovation.

It's just a menu system. As for Avatars, I don't see the problem with being competitive.

I'm just hoping for a new Jak. :3

Yes I'd rather have an old clunky interface so microsoft isn't ripping anyone off!!!!

Honestly Valk that's just silly as hell.

its not that they outright stole so much that's the problem, its that they actually called it an innovation when there isnt one thing innovative about it. unless the word "innovation" was referencing it being nintendo, apple, and sony's innovations.

Who cares? It is just good PR.

I don't remember you making a big deal with trophies or xmb, which are pretty much taken from 360.

I like the idea of having Netflix integrated into the dashboard. Otherwise the 360's changes are meh.

Nintendo hasn't come out with an impressive statement either yet.

In fact so far, the only thing exciting about this E3 to me is the Fallout 3 trailer.
              ...and that's why.

I'm excited about live party. You can have a movie night without ever leaving home.

trophies are ripped off from the 360, but not the XMB. the XMB isnt anything like what the 360 uses, and it made it's debut with the PSP, which came out before the 360.

if it was okay to yell at sony for copying motion control with the sixaxis, then it's okay to yell at microsoft for copying 5-6 different things from their competitors too.

Whatever floats your boat, these ripoffs are gonna make my experience with the system better so I'm happy.

                      QFT.

The new features seem pretty "meh" anyway.

You should be applauding the original innovators for coming up with it in the first place, so everyone else could copy it and make the entire experience better.

I can understand where your coming from Valk, I just hope you weren't suprised by this.

Copying the successes of other companies is what Microsoft does, plain and simple.

I'm not, really. I am surprised there wasnt a motion sensing remote controller though. guess I'll have to wait for sony's press conference for that.
