Final Crisis or Secret Invasion?

which one are you following? why are you following it?
are you enjoying it?

I'm following Final Crisis because it's huge and epic and dreamy and well-written and pretty. Grant Morrison is not only crafting the most intriguing Batman arc I've read since 'Hush', he's doing so on top of writing my favorite "event" since Infinite Crisis. plus, I've just kind of lost faith in Marvel. Joe Quesada needs to be lynched. and they're doing that annoying thing where almost every title in their God damn catalog ties into it, and with most comics at $2.99 a book, homie can't afford that. maybe when the trades come out. maybe.

I'm waiting until Secret Invasion's all finished up before I delve into it, and my brother's buying all of them, so he'll have 'em categorized and ready to go shortly after it finishes.

I don't do DC comics. =(

Secret Invasion seems really dumb. EVERYBODYS A SKRULL! Its basically a huge retconning plotdevice. Oh you know that awsome superhero that we killed a few years ago that you always wanted back? Well, it turns out that the one that died was actually a Skrull impersonating that hero that died. The real human version of that hero is still alive and hes comming back! Isnt that neato?!

And I have no idea what Infinte Crisis is about. LAst big arc I followed was Planet Hulk, which was one of the most kickass things Ive ever read. I never kept up with World War Hulk though. Id like to see how it all ended. Apparently it ends kinda crappy.
