the site you linked to for the second pic had a rather horrible anti-linking image. please double check image links from now on.
the japanese version of transformers cybertron (Galaxy force) was actually a damn good show. the characters were well-developed, it was fairly dramatic, and the kids werent annoying. as with many japanese shows, the writing was really dumbed down for american audiences.
The only Transformers show I watched regularly was Beast Wars. I watched that other one that came right after, can't remember what it was called, but didn't like it to much.
Oh! I remember now, it was Beast Machines.
I watched some of the one with Minicons, but not the whole thing. It was okay from what I could tell/remember.
I couldnt get past the EXTREMELY ****TY 3d animation in galaxy and that other one. And yeah, goddamn the humans were annoying. Also the combing thing in Cybertron and Galaxy. It would have been cool, if all the combinations didnt look so goofy, and lame. There was like maybe one or two that I thought looked cool in the rare episode I caught on TV. Other than that I didnt really like either show. Armada was really friggin pushing it, until like the last 10 episodes where it started to get, "Holy crap, this is actually a good show now!"
Beast Wars was ****ing awsome though. I would wake up early before school just to watch the reruns they put on TV. Dinobot almost made me cry. :"(

Same here (reruns before school and dinobot). I think the key to that perticuler show's success was a proper mix of humor blended in, and the total lack of humans.
The only thing I hated about BW is its sequel show Beast Machines.
The toy line was pretty lame as well.
I think it's the only megatron toy I ever have purposly avoided.
I mean, wtf is this crap?
I dunno, I kinda like it, but the quality could be better.
Beast Machines I really liked. I think I saw a few episodes of Armada or something, but I couldn't get into it, I'm guessing 'cause it was so different from Beast Machines (I was about to abbreviate that, but stopped).
The first time I tried to watch Cybertron (I think) there was a scene where the kid tried to convince someone the autobots were stunt cars by having them break dance or something. It was just so ridiculous I wrote the show off entirely.
TF Animated has turned out better than I expected. But I'm disappointed that most of the time it's Autobots v. random human or man-made threat rather than Autobots v. Decepticons like it should be.

Man they HAVE to make them fight off human threats. Every time the huge twice as big decepticons show up, they wipe the floor with them. Just one of them can take on all the Autobots at once. I freakin love the show. The season 2 finale was pretty awesome. OMEGA SUPREME!
There was also a part with Starscream hitting on his own female clone.

That's only because they said in the beginning that it's a superhero show, rather than doomsday laser of the week show.
