Man, learning about Japanese culture and life through simulated Japanese culture and life is not the way to go about doing it.

I mean, there are no giant robots or bodacious babes there.

anime lies about damn near everything in japan. anime presents a heavily westernized version of japan.

the truest to reality is probably Card Captor Sakura, you know, when she isnt fighting magical monsters.
