I propose a Pavilion folding@home group

So, I know at least Mora and I fold@home on a semi-regular basis. I was wondering if anyone else would be willing to make/join a Pavilion folding@home thing, where any PS3-owning Pavilion member that is not currently using their work units for another group might be willing to join. I guess I would call it a combined effort for the RPG Maker Pavilion community to volunteer and try to help humanity in some small way.

Yay? Nay? Lemme know what you think. We've got Pav groups/clans for a lot of other online games, so I figured, why not this?

I do it occasionally, but I can't stand leaving my system on for long periods of time, especially in the summer when I have to choose between video games or air conditioning, or a blown circuit.

Hehe...I just saw JPS looking at that other topic, came back here, and saw that you had just edited it in. What's the 60507 mean, anyway? Aren't we able to choose a schnazzy name or something? 60507 is one digit away from my zip code (60506).

I also find it amusing that JPS just asked what folding@home is, and yet he posted in that other thread. Heh.

As soon as I saw on the main forum page that you made the last post in this thread, Owl, I already knew what the entirety of your post would consist of. Now you ARE beginning to run it into the ground.

The key is to use it sparingly. Unless this is gonna turn into another, "Let's spam this as much as possible until Valk and/or JPS relent and turn it into an official emote," ala Ronald and his best buddy.

Wait...has this place EVER been mature? Or believable? Hate to break it to you, but by investing so much time here, we're all living in a fantasy world.

And I AM slightly sorry for posting that the few times I did. But, as I've said before, when the pic is apropos, I'll post it. I choose not to abuse the power inherent in that picture.

Well you didnt do it as much as Owl is now, hes just running around spamming every topic with it...so meh...Im not going to waste my time reporting it if I know they see it and not doing anything about it.

and this place has some form of maturity to it, we dont have a bunch of 12 year olds or karrs running around mispelling and L33Ting now do we?

By the way I added my PC to the group...not that PC's help much....but at least Im contributing something

no one is going to do a thing until YOU tell him to stop. we don't know if you have a problem with it unless you say so, and even then, you have to take initiative and tell him to stop first. if he continues after then, the staff will tell him to stop.
