I have alot of Questions.

1. How do I capture a monster?

2. What is a good strategy for defeating bosses with a Heavy Bowgun?

3. What is an easy way to Obtain Flame, Poison, Etc. Sacs?

4. What is good ammo for Bowgun?

5. Is combining items worth it?

6. What should I spend my Pokke Points on?

1. How do I capture a monster?
Get it's health low enough, trap it with a Shock Trap or Pitfall Trap depending
on the area you're in, then use sleep bombs/bullets/arrows etc.

Farm monsters that breath their elements. I'm not 100% so try this:

Look at #2. Personally, I can't say since I use Long Swords.

5. Is combining items worth it?
Yes. If you want to reduce some costs or carry extra items of stuff
you can only carry a max of 1.
Ex. Combining Net and Trap Tool to make more Pitfall Traps.

6. What should I spend my Pokke Points on?
Depends on your needs.
Need ore? upgrade that.
Need mushrooms? Upgrade that.
