First off, I'm no computer whiz. So please try and keep it simple or you will hurt my brain.
Ok, the problem I'm having is when I try and turn my computer off (shut down) it automatically restarts. I tried shutting down in the start menu and by pressing the power button. Both resulted in a restart. It displays the "it's now safe to turn off your computer" screen, then clicks and restarts.
Now I don't usually shut my computer down (I restart it every other day or so if it starts running slow on me, or if I install something etc..) unless there is a storm, which we just had. I had to switch off the power bar it's plugged into to get it to shut down. Which is bad.
Any idea why this is happening?
EDIT: Nevermind, fixed now I guess. I just unplugged everything and hooked it all up again and now it's fine.
