For anyone who had to deal with more than 1 xbox 360, one problem you'll notice is that content downloaded on the old 360 will not work offline on the new 360. Forcing you to stay logged online to use/play them.
M$ just released an update on the website that will allow you to download the licenses again to your new/current 360.

It's short. Go to the link, log in with the 360 and gamertag so the website can see you're on, then click confirm. The catch is you can only do this once every year.
I'm gonna try this now for everything I downloaded from the old 360.
