I finally got a Wii! Oh it is so NIIIICCCE! That who menu thing with all the channel options; brillaint! Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Death Jr: Root of Evil, Okami, No More Heroes, all so very nice! God, to think I've been missing out on it! Well no more!

(And now the Wii-induced excitment high goes down.)

What games would you recomend to a platform, RPG lover like me?

Since you already have some good titles (though I never played Death Jr), I'll just throw in The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess.

Try Super Mario Galaxy and Super Paper Mario. There's also Opoona, which just uses the nunchuck, but I haven't played that yet. I can personally vouch for the former two, though.

This is now the second time where I've had to tell someone NOT to listen to Duel's recommendation. I'm just wondering why all the games you recommend, Duel, are all kinda average to below average in terms of reviews and whatnot. No offense.

I withdraw Super Paper Mario as an RPG recommendation since it's more of an action RPG. But if you don't mind that, go for it. I really enjoyed it.

Also, there are some neat classic RPGs on the Virtual Console, with more to come in the near future (i.e. Super Mario RPG, Earthbound) if you haven't played any of them before.

I'll look into some more role-playing games for the console.

You might want to look into getting FFCC: My Life as a King.

You can't go wrong with Mario, Zelda, and Metroid.

The Wii hasnt had anything really good in the way of actual RPGs yet, outside of the virtual console. Super Mario RPG and Earthbound were rated by the ESRB recently for release on the VC, and Mario RPG was released in japan last week. so it should be here very soon.
